Objective: Develop an immersive hotel destination surrounded by nature, with low environmental impact.
Born as a pioneer of eco-luxury in Europe, the Whitepod concept was taken up and structured in 2008 with the development of the site, the expansion to 15 pods and the creation of 4 high-end pod suites. The interior design and the customer experience have been redesigned to offer a sustainable adventure in the heart of the Alps.

Castel Clara & Grand Large

Objective: Takeover and upgrade of two emblematic hotels in Belle-Île-en-Mer.
The Project: Acquisition of two establishments under the Relais & Châteaux brand (more than 70 rooms). The project focused on increasing the overall range of services and optimizing the existing F&B offer, including a gourmet restaurant, two brasseries and a bar. To boost the offer and adapt to the new expectations of travelers, an agile catering concept such as FoodTruck was created and integrated into the site.

Hôtel de la Cigogne

Objective: Rehabilitate a historic hotel that has been closed for more than 15 years, by repositioning it as an upscale hub in the city.
In synergy with local tourism development ambitions, the project includes the transformation of a heritage building into a hotel-spa with a gourmet restaurant. Developed with CCHE, it aims to boost the region's hospitality offer by promoting what already exists.

Maison Albar Le Victoria

Objective: Creation, development and opening of an iconic 5* luxury hotel on the French Riviera.
The Project: This large-scale project began with the acquisition and major renovation of an existing asset for the deployment of the brand. Albar House 5* (130 keys). The development included the creation of a 900 m² Spa concept with the search for exclusive brand partners. The F&B program was entirely designed to maximize the attractiveness of the site: a lively rooftop restaurant, two bars and a seminar center with 5 equipped rooms.

Objective: Imagine a new hotel concept combining the world of wine and art in an exceptional natural setting.
Based on a historic building and land with great potential, the project aims to create a 4-star lifestyle hotel anchored in the vineyards. The experience will include a signature restaurant, a new generation spa and spaces dedicated to artistic creation.

Maison Albar The Monumental Palace

Objective: Creation, opening and management of a leading 5* hotel in Portugal.
The Project: Post-construction acquisition operation for the deployment of the brand Albar House 5*, including 76 keys and a 300 m² Spa. The project was supported by an ambitious F&B strategy, including the creation and opening of a gourmet restaurant (awarded 1* in the Michelin Guide), a high-end brasserie, a cocktail bar and three modular seminar rooms.

Kombak Social Sport Club

Objective: Create an innovative gym concept in Geneva, in the heart of the Eaux-Vives district.
Designed as a true lifestyle destination, Kombak redefines the codes of fitness by drawing inspiration from high-end hospitality. The venue combines an immersive studio for group classes (Boxing & Burn, Burn, Ride, Functional HIIT), a Lagree center in partnership with Kysko, a private coaching space, offices, and a café-coworking area. The locker rooms, worthy of a luxury hotel, complete this premium experience focused on motivation and self-improvement, “Never give up, keep motivated.”

Albar L'Imperator House

Objective: Creation, opening and management of a leading 5* hotel in Nîmes.
The Project: Acquisition operation and complete renovation of a historic establishment for the deployment of the brand Albar House 5* (56 keys). The project included the creation of a 300 m² Spa with the search for exclusive brand partners. The F&B and event offer was designed as a major driver of attractiveness, including a gourmet restaurant (awarded 2* in the Michelin Guide), a brasserie, a bar and an event space with an exceptional capacity of 4000 people.

Swiss Cabin

Objective: Designing the Swiss chalets of tomorrow, combining local craftsmanship, speed of construction and cost optimization.
In partnership with Montalba Architects, we developed 18 chalets in 18 months using an innovative prefabricated system. Intended for mixed hotel and residential use, these units meet the expectations of families in search of nature, without compromising on design and comfort.

Objective: Transformation and opening of the first establishment Voco by IHG in France.
The Project: Strategic repositioning operation through the conversion of an asset Holiday Inn under the new brand Voco. The project required a complete renovation and compliance with brand standards while optimizing the existing one. The service strategy was strengthened by the creation of new F&B concepts, including a bar and a coffee shop, to meet the expectations of an urban and modern clientele.

Objective: Transformation of an apartment into commercial space and offices.
Given the location and the atypical typology of this historic building, the owner wanted to give it a new mixed business identity in order to increase its visibility And his yielding.
We have redesigned the apartments to offer a diversified offer including: yoga, fitness, osteopathy, restaurant, offices and event hall.

Objective: Define a unique and differentiating concept in a place with no initial tourist vocation.
In the heart of the fields, a Typical abandoned Swiss farm, but at untapped potential, served as a starting point. In collaboration with CACHE, we have developed a new concept: the first hotel without walls, composed only of rooms furnished in renovated vehicles (VW Bus T1 and Airstreams). This concept, at the same time luxurious and atypical, allows you to aim at high average prices while offering an immersive and exclusive experience.

Objective: Create a unique concept around the nature and bucolic environment of the Doubs, by reviving the historic building to make it once again a emblematic place of the region.
Located on the banks of the Doubs, we developed a concept in collaboration with CACHE, combining accessible luxury and respect for the natural beauty of the site, while raising the technical and operational challenges related to the location.

Objective: Study the feasibility of a high-end hotel by the sea, integrated into a global project to enhance the tourist value of the village.
Located on one of the last building lots on the ocean shore, in northeastern Brazil, the project is part of an ambitious plan to renovate a coastal village. Villas, infrastructures, streets: the whole aims to create a premium destination integrating kitesurfing and adventure as an experiential thread.

Objective: Study the feasibility of a single chamber project on a dam.
In collaboration with the architectural firm Bridge 12, we studied and developed a project of single chamber fixed on a dam, in one spirit at a time fleeting and luxurious, with the ambition to create a Buzz both local and international.

Objective: Repositioning the identity and the offer of a Peruvian restaurant within the 1K hotel, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris.
Faced with intense local competition, the restaurant required a redefinition of its positioning and an update of its interior design. We redesigned the culinary offer, refined the visual identity and reworked the atmosphere of the place to reinforce its impact and coherence with the expectations of the neighborhood.

Objective: Imagine a new quirky F&B offer in a hotel under renovation in the heart of the 1st arrondissement.
In a former Parisian hotel restaurant that is losing momentum, we designed a plant-based self-service concept that goes against the classic codes of the construction site universe. The concept combines a worksite spirit and bistronomic touches, in particular with a range of high-end pastries infused with CBD, a daring innovation as of 2018.

Objective: Renovate the town hall under DDP to allow a new positioning and a significant development of room sales.
This project had an ambition not only of renovation but also of a brand that could eventually have the codes of a franchise for this type of building including bedroom, F&B, event, B-to-B and activity.
